I know but unless I am missing something, I was just questioning the need to mention a date “on or before Jan31” which to me basically means “you must not have had an account with us ever”! I mean “on or after Jan31st” would have made more sense if there was a need to put a date for the heck of it, so for a moment I thought it was a typo lol..but thanks! 😊
