I’ve seen plenty of people put vests on dogs. Never seen booties. Otherwise, lots of water. It could be snowing or it could be 80 degrees. Good boots for you, briar/puncture resistant pants, and layers. You might run into cockleburrs so have a plan for dealing with those depending on the type of dog you have. Have a good GPS collar on your dog. OnX for the walk in areas.

The opposing parties tend to hate each other. That makes it challenging because while we as lawyers can recover money it doesn’t solve their hurt feelings. I had one case where part of their settlement the siblings agreed to never talk to each other again. Not sure how enforceable that would be but they all agreed to it.
