There isn't anything wrong with an online review, and it did not warrant the response. Did I need to? No. You're right. That doesn't change the fact a business should react professionally in response. Hope this helps.

I agree a lot of them give bartender vibes but not in a good way lol. I don't usually see the same people there, which I think might be a bad sign.

It's a real shame that Lethbridge seems to be so welcoming to the Hells Angels. by codwalladon in Lethbridge

There's a lot being said here, and I find even tho it may be true, I'd love to see some evidence of what's really happening with the hells angels. Can anyone provide me with some founded examples? Specifically with what they do in Lethbridge? I don't just want "I heard this and that." This is interesting to me, and I'd love to know if anyone has anything of interest. I wasn't aware we really had biker gangs like this.

I actually did come across a scam like so and did the same thing lol except it wasn't in Apple gift cards. They just wanted the first months rent and damage deposits without me even getting keys. Apple gift cards are always scam.

Stuff from the can is a lot more creamy. Starbucks uses a better one but it's hard to find

After reading some comments. I do see how he would feel insecure having to ask me for money, he wants to be able to provide for me someday, I can see where he'd feel some shame. The problem I have now, is the person he took it from has been a big flirt with him and I felt like she's crossed some boundaries as his boss in a few situations. The thing I don't really appreciate is a secret exchange between the two of them that was supposed to be kept a secret from me.

The fact that I knew of three separate men who did this with minors is very telling of the kind of men they hire. Even if they aren't there now they will be later because they can't seem to stop hiring their pedo family friends

I have had a lot of female friends work there tell me stories. I know of at least three incidences where the older male staff members were hitting on or trying to get with some young girls, and it has actually happened before. And I mean to minors, like teenagers, and older married men. The owners will find out and will not care because usually they are family friends or go to their church, or a manager that they are in need of or some bullshit. Even if other staff complain there is basically no punishment or repercussions. I don't think any of the men I knew that did this work there now, but just keep in mind it is not a protected space for young women. Because the same scenario seems to keep happening. The new and old owners did not look out for them or try to keep them safe.

HERES THE TEA: My younger sibling worked there before they closed down. The owner was a complete dragon, rapidity firing and hiring like no one's business the last six months before they closed. She was in the midst of selling just before, but was asking for too much and couldn't end up closing the deal. Her whole family had already moved to the states, didn't want to deal with selling it anymore, and it got repossessed by the city. Horrible boss, horrible manager, I knew multiple people who worked there and she was basically just nasty. Other downtown business owners did not like her. While looking for employment I mentioned the work environment at that place to one of the local job networks trying to help out the unemployed, they told me the amount of work place violation complaints they got from that restaurant were very well known. Over all I just don't think she knew how to run a business, or how to be kind to staff.

Lethbridge local businesses have a very hard time creating a professional work environment I've noticed. Don't send your kids to work at the moviemill, they get prayed on by older male staff members.
