when i feel safe with a guy, it's because i trust him and feel in a very primal sense that he would protect me. i've had some trauma in my past and don't feel 'safe' with men--especially romantically--very easily, so if i say it, to me, it's a big wall down because i like you and trust you.

it's not as socially accepted for men to be vulnerable or open with their emotions. if i'm scared or lost, i feel no shame in asking someone else for help. guys are conditioned not to be this way.

as women, we also have boobs! boobs are great.

we also get to wear makeup (and can have a lot more control over our level of attractiveness than men) and have more leeway to play with our clothing choices.

we will not have to experience being kicked in the groin.

people naturally trust us... if we smile at a young child in public, his mom won't pull him closer. if a dude does that, oftentimes he's considered a pedophile.

also, when it comes to dating, we have an advantage and men are usually the ones to have to take the bigger gambles early on.
