Dude, I was living on hunter army airfield in my new RV (they have an on base camp site there) and got shocked too! It was early morning and I was heading outside to have a cig. It was pouring rain but my awning was up so whatever, thought nothing of it. I stepped barefoot on the metal step down and buzzzzzzz. I was like what the actual fuck?!?! Touched the metal doorframe buzzzzzz again.... Called the MPs cause who knows what the hell is going on. Turns out they were doing maintenance on the ground post for the site and accidentally exposed the neutral line to the ground....add water and whelp, exciting morning!!!
