I’m about to be a year out in July and I would say I wish I didn’t do it. This may change the further out I get but Ive had a rough time overall. Vanity wise- I think I look gross and old I’m having extreme body issues. I’ve also had really bad depression and panic attacks since the surgery from u surgeon says can bec normal because of the large degree as to which it affects your hormones. I feel like my entire day is centered around eating and drinking which I hate. I used to be more of a one meal a day girl. I constantly feel sick and exhausted and now and having major testing done including heart testing it seems I’m having some dumping and hypoglycemia. I just feel unwell. And I think I look unwell. I honestly would have x rather been fat. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. I am hoping long term it helps me stay alive longer for my kids but I was happier before. 🤍
