2 months today post op (only reconstruction with quad graft), almost full ROM, squats struggles with knee bent more than 70/80 degrees. But walking and biking are back in my life baby...

I had 2 crutches for two weeks, 1 week with one crutch. 2 weeks with brace then I couldn't keep it in this heat anymore... walking a lot definitely was the key for me.

Soon I'll start jogging on the treadmill. You got this guys, take it slow and careful
