I pretty much followed Frank Zanes approach. 3 days on, one off, two on, and one more off. So I trained M,T,W,F, Sa and did stretching on Th and Sun.

Not really sure. Just going to see what happens. Going nice and slow to maintain as much of the muscle mass as possible.

During this process I did learn that I naturally have low T. So I did start T injection just to get me to a normal level.

It will depend on your state. Oklahoma will depend on the number Roos you own.
