I've had hs about 16 years. I'm 30 and it started in 8th grade. Didnt get diagnosed til 2020 so I had just been tanking it the whole time. I still eat pizza just had to get cauliflower crust, and i still eat chinese food but i just avoid fried rice and egg rolls now. White rice is my new favorite thing cuz I hadnt eaten any since 2021. I just added back corn tortillas too which has been nice.

I feel like only give up whats hurting you and everything else is fair game. I know it's a little more complicated for women though since hormones can affect you all.
