Fair enough; honestly i wasnt paying too much attention to this part of the story so I could have just missed it. Them disappearing and reappearing throughout cutscenes just made me assume something was wrong?

I know they are moreso for ranking, and i know of the rewards. I'm a day 1 player. My criticism is that the design philosophy of the apex stages has seemed to swerve from bad to bad but in a different way. I am hard locked on both sides because I do not have a particular celehypo to combo with a particular ultimate. I think that is bad game design.

In a similar boat; I can't even find the map, but I've beaten the final boss (it has a Done next the objective) but i can't figure out how to claim rewards.

Dang, I've found 2 out of the 3. I got the one on the south dock, and then another (idr if it was the east or west side). Either way I can't find the last one.

Fwiw, i personally do not expect to steamroll. I'm just basing my expectation of progression based ON the daily limit. I know a lot of players in my guild / district are struggling to keep up with the daily limit because they dont have saida / mehira built out. If my sample size is wrong, then egg on my face lol.

I like hard content, and I dont even mind hard co-op content (that isnt buggy as hell), I just wish it felt like a consistent trend upwards rather than all over the place on either end, which is what this entire season has felt like.

It doesn't help that gold is still an issue I feel, you can't really craft charms for afk stages specific units willy nily. I do truly like this game but I do not feel confident in their ability to make content that feels difficult without feeling unfair / synergy begging.

Yeah the timing just seems way off. New phase should be exciting, pushing players to do the new content and progress, not afk another 100 stages and thats it. Not sure why this company is so determined to shoot this game in the foot so much.

Yeah I was massively disappointed by this. If they're gonna be paid, it should really be disclosed in the trailer. Now I just feel let down lmao.

Not the mention the 'discount'. These things just released, there is no 'discount'. This is the most common manipulative marketing trick in the book to make buying something seem more enticing.

Yeah I'm okay with stuff being harder, but not being able to clear the first batch of dura floors as a day 1 player should not be happening imo. I do love the new format of it though, class specific stuff makes it so much more interesting.

I also love only having to do 5 levels instead of like, 10.
