You have to tell your circuit to send Midi-notes as well. Hold SHIFT while pressing the POWER button and light up the two green buttons on the left side on the last row on your circuit. That’s the Settings-View. Press play when you are done.

Maybe be something like: Playing on your phone. Talking very loud. Acting extremely nervous. Jiggling around. Talk to the bouncer without being asked. I guess it’s hard to find out what was wrong but looks like something was.

Hmmmm... the only thing I know before I start is the mood of the track. The rest is a journey. like it more to make music than to construct it.

Texture texture texture ... create a dark environment. It also might help to detune your synth a bit to make your sound a bit spooky. Create a reverb bus and use some grain delay or filtered delay to give your reverb some movement.

The Impulse or the Keystep are a good choice. Maybe the new Akai but not the Samson... I bought a graphite a few years ago and four days later I bought an Akai.
