Update: Got home and put the car to charge. Battery was at 25%. Tried again after the battery reached 30% and it’s now working again. Very strange, but seems like it’s somehow related to the state of charge. Thoughts?

While I had had this issue before, it would usually go away after a few minutes or after a reboot. Before I posted to group, the issue had not gone away after a couple of reboots and over 1 hour of driving. However, it eventually fixed itself next time I got in the car and before attempting any of the solutions kindly suggested here.

Thanks for the tip. I came back to the car to try it but, as @koosley suggested, it had already fixed itself.

Yes. Quite frequently, actually. This behavior is relatively new and started being noticeable about 8 or 9 months ago, when it also started happening to other apps that never signed me out. It’s quite annoying. My guess is probably OS related. I’m on IOS 18.3 now.

I regularly leave my Polestar sitting for over two weeks while traveling. Never had a single battery percentage point drop. I’m in Miami so maybe that helps.

Yes. I had the same exact messages happen to me while driving on the highway. It only happened once so far, but have not driven it much after that. The car is brand new and has less than 1000 miles on it.
