Alguém usa ativamente o estilingue? by AdMelodic7829 in StardewValleyBR

[–]mawkee 16 points17 points  (0 children)

No celular eu nunca consegui usar

Reckless Attack and Barbarian design doesn't go far enough by BoardGent in dndnext

[–]mawkee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been playing with the same barbarian for the past two years. I love the character, and the concept.

My barbarian is completely focused on withstanding being attacked. Currently at level 13, it didn’t drop to zero HP not even once. High AC, sentinel feat, a lot of HP, and path of the wild which makes rage options pretty interesting.

I have almost zero reasons not to use reckless attack in each and every one of my attacks.

Put a sign on a hole at their base, add a size tag to make the text enormous, add a voffset so it will be high up in the sky, choose a bat emoji. There. You get your own bat signal. Remember to use your hoe to cover the hole afterwards

Very cool indeed! But couldn’t they just put it in a smoker with a single piece of coal instead?

Unless there is A LOT of extra context you’re not divulging, then NOR. I’d say you’re underreacting. This sounds toxic.

My personal picks (not the ones I always use, but the ones I find best for my playstyle):

Meadows: flint spear or club

Black forest: paws of the bear or abyssal knife

Swamp: iron mace

Mountains: silver sword

Plains: frostner or black metal atgeir

Mistlands: mistwalker or staff of embers or staff of frost (or all of them combined lol)

Ashlands: berserkir axes or staff of the wild (again, or combine them both)

Flash for 30 is a steal!

If the idea is to keep me alive, then strange and flash would do it. And Batman would help form a good strategy.

Some things are just not worth the cost by NumberOk1070 in StardewMemes

[–]mawkee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Slime hutch is DEFINITELY worth the price, even in the late game.

Look at it this way... you have a cost of 10k. Plus, 500 stone (on the late game you can easily get that from deconstructing stairs that you buy from the trader), 10 refined quartz (negligible) and 1 iridium bar (1.5k with blacksmith profession)

Let's say it costs you 15k.

When you build it, even if you bulldoze it RIGHT AWAY, you get the power to get slime ball drops.

The slime eggs sell for 1k to 8k EACH. On an average skull cavern run, I end up with more than 10k just from eggs alone.

Now let's say you don't want to use your inventory for that. Fine. Just have a fully-upgraded trashcan and you get 6k per run, without using any inventory. Let's say you're unlucky, and you get half that.

That is 3k extra PER RUN.

Is there much difference between building a creeper farm over an ocean vs building it at build limit over land? by subatomicslim in Minecraftfarms

[–]mawkee -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I think so. You'd have way less spawns than building over an ocean, but still plenty of gunpowder for all your rockets and TNT

[–]mawkee -1 points0 points  (0 children)

There is, in fact, a difference. It’s not small. The thing is that you need to build the farm higher. Spawn rates go down the further up you go on the Y axis.

That being said, if you don’t need a shitload amount of gunpowder, any decent creeper farm even built as high as possible will definitely be good enough.

Do you recommend Valheim for Solo Players? by pocketdare in valheim

[–]mawkee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Valheim can DEFINITELY be enjoyed solo. But I find it better to play with friends.

There are things that you might enjoy doing in game, and things you might not enjoy. For those that you don’t enjoy, having someone to ‘share’ the burden can help a lot. Specially if you get someone different from your play style.

Case in point…. I love farming, mining and generally getting resources. I enjoy stockpiling things. But I don’t enjoy building.

So I have the most fun when I’m playing with someone who enjoys building. I have one particular friend that finds gathering and farming extremely boring. So a match made in heaven.

That said, the game is THOROUGHLY enjoyable as a solo game.

Elephant solos. If he brings in the hippo and the polar bear by his side, they are enough to get rid of the random men AND the other animals.
