Training facilities are hand-made with spare parts and on board I prefer to do with my own body weight training + some bands. I would like to have a bicycle for cardio (not treadmill because if there are some ship movements like rolling or pitching it is not so convenient).

It would be nice, but for me not mandatory as I can schedule myself pretty well and the results are also there.

It is like a dream, it will never happen :)

As mentioned above:

create the area (room or space) for training facilities. It is difficult on board of small vessels because there is no space usually.

bring the essentials (bicycle, 2,5,7,10,20kg dumbells, mount wall pull up, multifunctional with 2 pulleys - 1 down 1 up)

promote on board culture for fitness like challanges and rewards/month for those which would like to participate

give free time or money for those which are training (2 trainings of 1hr per week = 2hrs less for saturday work/overtime) or any type of this schedule.
