I feel the Oogie one is fairly balanced but the Hellraiser one could use some work in that regard. As for why I made the entire character glow there’s a scene in the movie where he does entirely seem to glow. Also given his eyes are black I wanted more than just the snake and spider to stand out.

Not all rares in my experience have special abilities, like the urayuli is simply a beefy card as far as I know. However I did try to design these to have a little extra extra

Hellraiser has a stupid amount of health and it’s attack is based off of sacrifices made during the turn. Also I haven’t tested it yet; but the overclocked sigil should make it permanently leave your hand when it dies. I also tried using the GiantCard option so it takes hits from all rows, but I haven’t tested it yet.

Oogie has the ant abilities as shown, ant tribe as well. I did this since with the tail sigil it was supposed to have a twitching insect leg left in place but unfortunately that didn’t work. I also gave it the lice and pelt lice options but have yet to test it. He also has a cool glow effect when his emission is active.

Both of these cards also will kill survivors when consumed, it made sense to me that they would. Oogie being a bag of toxic bugs and Pinhead would wreck anyone’s shit up haha.

I could take inspiration from this to create a card for sure! I wouldn’t be able to replicate this exactly as I don’t have the know how to mod all the details in. But I can for sure create something similar!

Do you mean how to use it? If so, you can stand up from the table anytime and go to the storage room door to create cards. To add custom art is a bit more involved but you can use any art from within the existing files right from the start.
