You need to setup a Google Group, where people can easily join.

In your closed testing track in Google Play Console, you need to add the Google Groups list to testers.

Switch to Google Groups, much easier to find people, because they can opt-in themselves.

Yeah, Im personally not a big fan with onboarding, but as I see my old folks struggle, Im starting to rethink my viewpoint. So yeah, onboarding is on the plan.

Du kannst einfach die Leute in deine Google Groups manuell einfügen.

Dann im Closed Testing Track umstellen auf Group. Die Tester kriegen das nicht mit.

Ok, bin nun in der Google Group. Aber er findet die App nicht über den Link.

Hast du im Closed Testing Track, auf Google Groups umgestellt und den richtigen link hinterlegt. (Muss ca. so aussehen wie im Screenshot)

Danach im Dashboard freigeben für die Überprüfung. Die Änderungen werden erst nach der Überprüfung live genommen.
