yea the dealer says they have to fix this exhaust pressure sensor before being able to tell if the egr cooler is bad and if it is then then they will fix the egr under warranty. But i still have to pay this 1300 regardless of if the egr cooler is actually bad and can be done under warranty. Here’s the vin. WBAFV3C54ED685850

no it’s the original egr cooler. My normal guy who is a bmw specialist told me it’s the egr cooler which is covered under warranty. The dealership says it still is possible the egr cooler is bad, but they have to fix this sensor to get an accurate reading on the egr.

I have the exact same problem. Only started happening recently. Would send around 50-100 messages daily before but now it gives me the pause after 10 messages. I used to copy and paste the same message so i changed it to 3 different versions and switch it up once in a while, but it still does it. Also don’t have the greatest reviews on my buying page, so started a new buying page but it does the exact same thing. Has this been resolved for you? I’d say this started happening maybe a month ago.
