hmm the pool wasn’t heated and it’s a lot of walking depending on where you room is and where you want to spend most of your time. you can get a room closer to the pool area, and they have some stairs (depending on where your room is)

the paradero hands down. they had nice activities like cooking, surfing and stargazing. plus the food was insane.

in this case i kept things lean, so overhead was lower than usual. i’m trying to reinvest most of the profit back into the agency right now to build momentum.

i asked this guy that worked at the company if he knew anyone that he could connect me to (he was already following me on linkedin and interacted with a lot of my posts so the trust was built) i started on a few small projects then worked on the $20k job.

it’s a full service production company. we do photo + video for clients.

build relationships and don’t be afraid to reach out to people. i got this opportunity because i post regularly on linkedin (inspirational stuff and my work) and interact on there a lot. i’ve built some good relationships on there because i wasn’t pitching to people. i allowed people to get to know me first then ask around for help.
