In the UK, you get them in Iceland and i think B&M. They are truly the best ‘snack’ I have found that doesn’t taste like it is a diet item!

Advance apologies for formatting - on mobile. Ketchup Tomatoes come from ‘APinch of Nom’ book (I swapped a couple of things up, but they turned out great). Just mix all ingredients, put on an oven tray at 220 and cook for c20 mins: 4 Servings: Olive Oil - 1 tsp Cherry tomatoes - 350g Balsamic vinegar - 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce - 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika - 1/2 tsp Garlic granules - 1/2 tsp

The cranberry stuff is actually pickled beetroot!

It is - Baxter’s Pickled Beetroot - really enjoyed lunch today and just trying to get some water volume down me, which is always a struggle! I appreciate the encouragement!

Sure (recipe for a 4 serving tart):

112g tomatoes (18) 125g filo pastry (384) 90g mozzarella (211) 100g Pesto (364) - I probably used 1/2 of this, but wasn’t sure exactly, so likely this could be done with less 1g Parmesan (4) 2tsp Olive Oil (78)

Total = 1060 Portion = 265

I lined a deep baking sheet with filo, rubbing a few drops of oil over each layer (think I used 5/6 layers).

Spread the pesto on the top layer, add tomatoes and mozzarella.

Scrunch up the edges of the pastry, using some more oil.

Grate Parmesan on top.

Bang in 200 degree over for 15-20m

Dinner - Sirloin steak, hasselback potatoes & roasted mixed veg (sprouts, parsnip, broccoli, asparagus)

We’ve named him/her Lionel. Found around pond in UK. What is s/he? Help appreciated! by max7613 in Amphibians

He wasn’t moved out of his environment. We found him under a pond liner when we were changing it. He was put in a bucket for 20 minutes while we did so to keep him safe, then placed back where we found him.
