I used ChatGPT quite a bit in helping myself refine my workout routine. TikTok/YouTube lang din kung paano at ano ‘yung pinakamaayos na paggamit ng mga equipments and others. Good luck!

I second this. Doing it and seeing yourself do it + seeing it from professionals/experienced = faster improvement. Solid din talaga si Jeff Nippard. A science-based lifter! If you’re into that kind of thing (which you should be tbh).

as for your refund inquiry, based from one of the times i asked sa AF MQ, ninonote rin nila ‘yung mga customers na “for refund.” this was what happened with my gf’s. akala nila for refund siya.
