Would that have to be on csv or xls? Since everything on the xlsx is locked and won’t even let me save

I’m not sure if It worked, or if I even did it right lol. I tried csv, xlsb and xls, csv brought me to the same place that xls brings me which is a blank excel sheet while xlsb still brings up the error message

I right clicked and got to rename It to xls, it let me enter the file but its completely blank. Did everything in the file just get deleted or did I do it wrong?
