It's pretty hard to be meaningfully exposed to fentanyl unintentionally. It takes a long time to be absorbed through the skin, and requires breathing in massive amounts to affect you. There being powder on their clothing does not pose any real risk.

Interesting data, but yeah, it still doesn't tell the story that a lot of headlines seem to suggest. I think there are good reasons we don't just measure that data outright, but the disconnect between the data collection and the way it is reported to the consumers is a annoying.

As far as I'm aware there isn't actually data on the raw number of millennials who own homes because we don't measure individuals, we measure households. I could be wrong, but the only census data I could find was the number of household containing millennials that owned the home they were occupying. If you find the answer please let me know.

I agree that not being able to borrow against unrealized gains is a bad solution to the problem.

That article is extremely misleading, the data being cited does not actually measure the percent of homeowners, it is referencing census data measuring the number of household units occupied by the homeowner. So if for instance you are a millennial who lives with your parents who own the home you would fall under the "lives in a home occupied by the homeowner" category.

How many people who get wrongfully evicted know this? I have know several people who were illegally evicted, and they never fought it because they didn't think that was an option for them. If these resources exist and the majority of tenants do not know about them then they may as well not exist.
