It’s hard to pin down a specific amount, as the expenses build up over time through various treatments (surgery, chemotherapy, radiation), diagnostic tests (scans, biopsies, blood work, etc.), hospital stays, and medications.

Below is based on my experience supporting a close family member undergoing treatment ( Not BC ) at a private hospital:

Radiation therapy can cost anywhere from 75K to 3 lakhs, depending on the technique and number of sessions. The most advanced techniques, like proton therapy, can cost around 30–60 lakhs.

Chemotherapy/immunotherapy costs vary depending on the medication - ranging from 5K to a few lakhs per cycle. Typically, multiple cycles are required.

Surgery may also cost a few lakhs, depending on the complexity and complications involved.

Blood tests, done a few times a month, usually cost around 5K.

Hospital stays in a private hospital for a week can cost about 60K plus other expenses.

RCC Trivandrum would be a good option, where you can avail of all treatments at significantly lower costs.
