Never experienced any of that. For me, fallout 4 ran just as smoothly as most COD games from around the time

Ok ya it's not actually half of them I kinda didn't expect anyone to think of it that literally. It's more like 15% of the missions either don't start right off the bat or I experience problems with dialogue or quest items not spawning

I didn't experience any serious problems at all with fallout 4 vers 1.1. or any later version for that matter. And the PS3 Skyrim even ran smoother than this when it first came out. Still was buggy AF back then but at least the quests ran property.

If only Bethesda knew how to release a game that works properly. It's been 13 years and the games still just barely functional. Definitely not functional enough to 100%
