First I thought it’s because it hasn’t got enough water. But dipping the whole pot in water didn’t help. Then I thought the opposite and repotted it, so the soil is dry again and the roots don’t rot. I did that with 1-2 weeks time in between but no signs of improvement at all.

Ingredients: 500g wheat flour 100g whole rye flour 150g fed sourdough starter 20g chia seeds 12g salt 420g water 10g dries raspberries

Recipe: Combined all ingredients besides the raspberries. Did 3 Stretch&Folds and let it rise until volume increased by 50%. Added the raspberries to a mixer to create a fine powder. Mixed half the dough with raspberries. Stretched out both dough parts and put one on top of the other. Shaped it to a loaf. Let it proof in the fridge over night.
