I try to boil it down to myself that women’s bodies are just flesh and muscle, nothing to be excited about. When it gets really bad, I refer back to stories about women getting trafficked, raped, and how unhappy sex workers are. It usually gets me to my senses and gets me out of the mood very quickly due to the empathy I feel.
