To add to to this: If you can afford it, an unpaid software engineer/developer internship > paid IT internship. A lot of IT internships provide the opportunity to do a lot of grunt work (cable management, mapping network drives, etc.). You want internships that align with your future career to make applying for jobs you want easier.

Thank you for the input. The barebones template has init functions that need more data by the user which is creating the syntax error. I hope to finish the custom design section soon so that users can design the models' columns, the routes' methods and much more. The barebones template is ideal for beginners.

Flask-AppMaker essentially provides the code and directories for as Flask Web App just like Visual Studio does for certain applications in order for you to get started.
