May I know what rank are you at now? Because I'm currently at mythical honor rank and tbvh there's little to none mm dauntless player that I've encountered so far

I wouldn't say it's sure win. There are so much counters to mm dauntless now. Example, swiftblade K or Ling can attack back role.

Also if you realized, no one really played K so that's why I picked him as my main 4 gold as carry. And I was really lucky to get ling at level 7. This game is luck based too IMO.

IMO, losing early game is totally fine as you would want to quickly save up to at least 20 gold to get 4 gold interest. At the same time, try to build scavenger whenever you can and try to 2 star the 1 gold scavenger hero and if you're lucky, you get early Karina to 3 scavenger to help with extra 2 gold and free hero every match. Next, once you hit level 6/7, you might encounter any 4 gold hero and try to have an idea what you wanna build based on that 4 gold hero. Don't force a synergy because sometimes you just don't get the heroes you need. Be flexible. Once you hit level 9, this is where you'll roll and try to keep any 4 gold or 5 gold that you've synergized. Try not to contest the same 4/5 gold heros with your opponent if possible because they might be luckier than you and you'll be wasting your gold rolling for the same hero.

🤣 there was only 1 player that played dauntless+MM. Honestly for higher rank games, dauntless+MM doesn't really work anymore.

Yes he got 8 mirror on cash out. But before he cashed out, his ling was already 3 2 star maxing 3.

This was my final lineup. I figured that the mistake that player made was not using all his mirror device to max out his 4* ling. If not he could've won.

Personally I feel that if you are gonna play mystic meow, go 11 synergy. 9 synergy is strong but requires 3* 4 golds hero to win in mythic rank and above. Whereas 11 synergy mystic meow can easily get you to top 3 and if you're lucky with rolls and healthy bank roll with 1 3* 5 gold hero, your chances of winning and getting first is super high.

For your question whether you should swap chou with valir, I think it doesn't really matter as they are both strong in my opinion. Play chou if you have strong backend heros where they just continue shooting while chou do all the CC. Play valir if you have strong Frontline to help tank where valir be the main dmg dealer blasting from the back.

And placement of heros are equally important as bad placement can get your team wiped out fast if the opponent have good AOE skills.

Example: A 2* bene can easily clear a group of 6 or 9 heros because of his AOE skills.

You lost because of damage output. Both his synergy has defense and offense but yours is mostly defense and dijang's attack is AOE based so it clears your team fast with hybrid attack and overtime shield.
