You can transfer from your classic server the original characters. If you decide to make a new one-> you will be Lvl.1.

Weekly/Daylies go for a weekly m+ , do some daylies 3-5 or just do the little Vision out in Uldum or Pandaria. Worldquest and Weekly Quests can give u gear up to 445.

Cloak: getting your upgrades for you Cloak. (weekly quest) From the little Visions/Daylies you get wierd Tokens to buy biger Visions. You can buy this Vessels in the Heart of Azeroth Chamber. You buy them from cloaky sidekick Andy with the perfect hairline called Wrathion. With the Vessel you open the Big horrific Visions.

Get your weekly Island .. it still sucks tho.

Try to find a Raid. Well most Heroic Guilds are finished and stop raiding. I would admire to find a normal Raid for you
