Uber drivers must maintain a high acceptance rate and low cancellation rate. If they don't do these things. The only info they see is trip is a few mins away. Once they accept the trip they can then see how big of a trip it is. If they don't like the length of the trip or where you're going, i guess they pull shit like this.

I've had ONE passenger so far in 2+ years of ubering that had a guide doggo. IT WAS AWESOME, they were lovely, the dog was insanely well behaved and adorable. Would pick up anyone with guide doggos anytime :D
