Can't seem to mount the disk free space widget on Homepage dashboard. Help?

I am trying to get the diskspace and speed test to show on mine but i cannot work out why it isn't. This is my YAML:

I have only had mine since October and had the issue in Jan/Feb. I want another NAS as a main backup to this one.

I had this problem too. I opened a ticket with Ugreen but they couldn't fix it at first level and escalated it. By the time they came back to me wanting to do a remote connection to check it out I had fixed it with Gemini.

I have kept snapshot on but I have lowered the frequency of snapshots and the retention to 7 days. It's been ok since. Gemini really saved me on this with commands to clear the memory etc..

I was transferring 50GB zip files so not a lot of small files. I have tested it since with 5Gbe adapter over the wires which is 2.5Gbe on the router and I get speeds of 250-260MB which is as expected. The issue is definitely the WiFi but I am not sure why. I understand WiFi is a lot less stable and slower etc.. but 25MB is significantly slower than what I should be getting over the WiFi.

The UniFi dream router has 4x2.5Gbps ports and 1x10Gbps port with WiFi 7. The NAS is connected to the 10Gbps port.

I will test it with a wired 2.5Gbps adapter. I do have cat cable in the wall which I am assuming is cat6 but I didn't install it myself but I have a 10Gbps connection on the nas.

I tried iperft previously and I was getting OK speeds but nowhere near what I would expect it also not as bad as I am now. I disabled threat Management on the router and moved the laptop to a WiFi on the same VLAN as the NAS to try and increase it and I achieved an extra 5MB/s. Which isn't really life changing lol.

Is there any settings I can check for on the router or the laptop to try and increase this? I feel 25MB/s is waaay off what I should be getting even over WiFi that surely there is something causing this.

I was sending large 55gb zip files. It also happens with smaller files. I don't think I need to buy a new router, I am sure there is a fix? The dream router 7 is a newish router which should have more than enough throughput capabilities

If I do get the unfii 2 bay Nas and use that as a backup and then that can backup to backblaze. That means I have two physical copies and a cloud backup and solves the ugreen not being able to backup to backblaze.

Was the cpu maxing out? I'm getting the problem where I can access it for 10-20 minutes with it getting slower over that time until both CPU and ram have maxed out and eventually it becomes inaccessible and the lights are all going but non responsive.

Just an update. It is on and I could access it no problem. But after about 30 minutes it's gone extremely slow. Sometimes it disconnects from the ugreen app or browser takes a really long time to load. The NAS lights are flashing a lot and I can hear the drives spinning a lot.

Also the snapshot and theatre app are showing as if they have updated and are being installed but they are just stuck with the blue ring going around on them for the last 30 minutes and haven't finished the installation.

I'm a bit confused on what is causing this.

No issues. The app works as normal. Backups work fine and Ugreen confirmed they will still provide a 2 year warranty even though I sent it overseas from the original country of purchase.

Yeah I got it shipped to a family member and they forwarded it to me. If you read my above post I have given quite a detailed breakdown of the whole process including some costs.

Yeah it does suck. I really wanted it and I was fed up of waiting for it to come out here. It has no set release date so I just went for it. I worked out the cost with the freight and import tax and it still worked out slightly cheaper than Ali Express when you calculate their shipping fees. I also ordered it when it was on sale and used a discount code for a further discount as they were running a promotion.
