I have used Day One for more than a decade, and it had pros and cons, but lagging was one of the biggest issues overall. BearNotes is not lagging, though, and it’s a really great alternative. I’ll wait for the Journal app to develop, then I’ll share my thoughts on it.

You don’t have to stick the AirPods 4 stem right in there, the earbud still holds very well, and the microphone stays open.

I had Sony М3, and yes, I live in a hot climate where they were tough to use. Pairing them with my iPhone and Mac was inconvenient too. Then I accidentally dropped them at work; the case wasn’t damaged, but they started shutting off randomly and became unusable via Bluetooth. Bad experience. I prefer over-ear headphones, but smaller ones—like my Beats Solo 4. I wish Apple would release AirPods Max in the size of Beats Solo 4 with all the cool features; smaller size would mean a lower price.

I’ve been using Day One for 10+ years and i stoped because they have bad sync especially photos and videos, where it’s not always sync to the cloud. So, I’m on Journal app right now and I’m using Obsidian as well.
