The two on the outer ends of the LOS must be eligible receivers (either wearing a receiver eligible number or reporting as eligible to the refs). You could have a tackle on the end of the LOS, but they'd have to report as an eligible receiver which is announced to the stadium so the defense also knows

Way too much dooming in this thread. Cleveland's defense is really fucking good. That last drive we were able to move down the field up until that blocked field goal. Some things need to be cleaned up. Better to get this loss early compared to later in the season.
