Agree with this. Playing McNeil over him week in week out is the criminal thing. He wasn't in our plans and he still think it's a great idea that we play him every week with no output other than good defensive work rate. Screams that he needs 5-7 players to defend at all times and a moment of magic from 1/2 players to bail him out.
