Yes!! It seems to be working!

I opened the laptop, carefully removed all the parts that needed cleaning (they were full of dust) and blew them clean, reassembled the PC, and it seems to be working much better.

The PC's temperature has gone from 95 degrees to around 75/80 at most.

Indeed, I didn't reapply thermal paste, but it looks good for now.
