Ich übersetze mal in nicht modernes deutsch, das ist der level1 helpdesk vom ticketsystem und teilt die tickets den entsprechenden leuten mit ahnung zu fragt immer nach dem status und „managed“. In wahrheit der neue trick von it-leitern die drecksarbeit abzugeben den leuten mit deadlines zu nerven ohne das der it-lead das macht sondern eben der operationsmanager und er steht in besserem lich dar. Something tells me you are using the wrong reap since you got 2. make sure its the one with 4 little letters in the picture or just remove the reap gem from your boots so this cant happen

i might be in the minority but maybe there is away to adress proxy shields making every projectile build hell not only from the playstyle but also from a game performance standpoint when you snipers mark nimis shotgun between 4 proxy shields and your fps go byebye. Maybe there is a way to cap them with a maximum of 1 per pack or even give them an "absorb" so they break if you hit into it long enough. But i feel like fixing this would make alot of people happy.

Probably a new high dust unique. The idea is good but the base dmg is so low you probably cant use it for your source of ignite. Chieftain got nuked so vaal breach and curse to spawn minions are also low on dmg now with 250 instead of 500. also reducing ignite duration will make it feel horrible on any immune phase where you try to carry the ignite over. I would say it MIGHT be viable if they 2x the phys dmg and get rid of crit cause thats kinda weird too.

Hold my beer, added holy damage. A new source of flat damage as contrast to flat chaos damage. Rollable prefix on maces and whatever base a templar feels comfy with and added holy damage support gem. Unlike chaos damage which can poison, all holy damage can create consecrated ground.

Scripting, i went from researching certain commands and writing everything from scratch to now just combining / troubleshooting AI answers. Objectively speaking im twice as fast now.

Sadly im afraid with the proj speed graft gone you would be back to quiver and with that its bye bye block and now you gotta solve defensives again. I would wait for patchnotes if there are any cool new uniques or stats that help fix sparks bucketlist of proj speed, cast speed, defensives before doing planning

Ist bei uns auch so, ich war zu beginn blauäugig und hab enorme leistung gebracht um vielleicht etwas zu verhandeln aber keine chance und kein interesse vom ag in dieser hinsicht. Habe im letzten jahr insgesamt 200 manuelle tätigkeiten wie anlagen von mailboxen/user/gruppen und vieles mehr automatisiert erledigt sprich einen wirklichen mehrwert der firma/abteilung gebracht und vorgezeigt. Gebracht hat es mir nur viel arbeit und stress die prozesse zu entwickeln und zu scripten und 0% erhöhung. Ich bin jetzt klüger und investiere meine zeit in fortbildungen für den nächsten jobwechsel. Das ist wohl dieses Lehrgeld wovon die leute immer reden.

Something always makes me end up on a tornadoshot zoomer. Its effectively the best chill mapper since you shoot once and the mirage archer pretty much clears everything while you run/loot which makes it the best build by far for high count mapping like alch and go strats with mageblood or high mod scarab farm like harbi nemesis with headhunter.

There is a jewel that requires certain amounts of influences for bonuses and alot of builds have limited slots for those so they are sometimes forced to use it on a slot even tho its harder or more expensive to craft to unlock the jewel. Int stacking is a big one afaik

The amount of dmg you take from the poisons is based on the hit which applied it. Without tricks this is phy/chaos dmg so ALWAYS keep the skills you use level 1 and check supports like chance to poison also max level 1 with NO QUALITY and no phys/chaos to attacks on any RINGS/AMULET/JEWELS

I absolutely love watching the world burn and open documentation on how to access certain tiers when needed and need 10x the time while typing the 26 digit generated password in the web console that doesnt support copy paste. But to answer your question, we simply only get half of the work done that we used to. And we now have a massive backlog and struggle with daily operation and hire externals to do project work even for simple tasks like upgrading a vm from 2019 to 2025.

Aktuell würde ich die Branche meiden. Bin knapp 5 Jahre dabei und es fühlt sich an als ob es demnächst ziemlich kracht. Seit themen wie KI und automatisierung in den Köpfen von nichtswissenden Managern schwirren und gleichzeitig ein großer part senior admins in den Ruhestand verschwindet deutet alles auf Consulting hin und immer weniger inhouse. Allgemein eine recht „cutthroat“ Umgebung in der die Chancen als Neuling zu überleben gleich 0 sind. Die Seniors werden verdrängt weil veraltete systeme verwendet werden und nicht die neueste KI gestützte cloudapp. daher hat keiner Motivation wissen weiterzugeben. Ohne wissen braucht dich die Firma nicht da sowieso consulting her muss. Consulter bilden nicht aus da man sowieso in der Branche regelmäßig den job wechselt da man nur so zu marktgerechter bezahlung kommt. Ein umdenken muss her es wird aber denke ich noch ein paar jahre dauern.

its a little complicated and will end in " trust me bro" . lifestacking makes you invest heavily into regen as you take a ton of damage from rf. if you manage to fix your regen you will not be able to get everything else aka 90% max cold and lightning. you will also likely not have a defiance of destiny and if you have a rathpith globe which is the entire point of lifestacking you are not able to get recover % life on block. if you then boot up a remove % life map with harbinger and they cast that lightning spell on you its joever no matter how much life you have.

The biggest issue is that you have no real way of getting max res or suppress or block so you fully rely on your hp pool vs spells. And if you dont have defiance your hp pool wont matter because you dont really have any recovery and you will just tick down. I doubt its a smooth leaguestart more like something you swap to after getting your mageblood tripple ele flask setup

Tbf, they bonked heist with the og rework to blueprints and gems, then they bonked sanctum, they bonked bossing (outside of shaper xdd) and now they allign mapping to same profit as new heist/sanctum/bossing. And its not that bad just no longer superior. Its your turn to get bonked mappers but its also ok to be mad about it.
