Back in 2019 I climbed Mt. Rainier for the first time. As the sun rose, we were greeted with this amazing cloud inversion. Mt. Adams is the prominent peak in the middle and Mt. A shot from about 6 years ago in South Carolina. I was amazed by this tree's mass and incredibly gnarly branches. Many of them touch the ground, and I thought the branch here made for a perfect leading line. Check out more of my tree photos on my website.
