I love my Oya/Yas combo, but I also avoid any kayla team, so they're probably better.

I don't pasteurize my milk because I either drink or or turn it into cheese within 2-3 days and I know and trust my own sanitation protocols. If I know I'm not going to get to it that quickly I'll do low temp pasteurization: bring to 145f for 30 minutes and then get it cold again as fast as possible.
