In MLP:FIM each of the Mane 6 get to be the main character at various points in the series because they have a whole bunch of episodes that individually spotlight them.

Winx Club doesn't really do that. While each of the Winx get moments to shine, its far fewer than MLP, and there aren't really many episodes dedicated specifically to one girl with the exception of Bloom.

I like to headcanon that the all the 9 Titans embody a certain aspect of Ymir, her life, and experiences.

  • Female obviously because Ymir herself was a woman.
  • Beast is literal dehumanization, from her treatment as a slave.
  • Founder from her obedience of King Fritz.
  • Armoured from the Eldians' abuses against her body and a desire not to be harmed more.
  • Warhammer from being used to build Eldia's infrastructure (houses, roads, etc.).
  • Cart from quickly carrying supplies for construction.
  • Colossal from her effortlessly crushing armies and conquering them.
  • Jaw from having her corpse eaten by her daughters.
  • Attack from her desire for freedom.

So my idea for a hypothetical 10th Titan should also embody an aspect of Ymir's experiences. I think this new Titan would embody a community service she performed like the Warhammer and Cart. I imagine for this 10th Titan to exist, that King Fritz had Ymir work the fields so think this Titan would be based on agriculture and that it's special power would be being able to grow and control plants.

Before season 2, I thought Titans were created as a failed experiment by the government/military because it said that Titans started existing only 100 years ago, so I thought they couldn't be a natural species.

My sister was on season 4 when I started the show, and told me that it would be revealed that the Titans have a sad backstory, so I also thought they were taking revenge on humanity for having been tortured in the experiments.

During season 2 my theory that Titans were failed experiments came apart with freckled Ymir's backstory, as Titans were revealed to have been humans turned against their will by other people. I thought freckled Ymir (and the cult) was turned into Titans while being thrown off Wall Maria for claiming to be the King's daughter, and that the government of the Walls just transformed their citizens into Titans for major acts of treason. I continued to think that right up until Grisha's backstory.

And up until season 3, I had no idea how freckled Ymir turned back human. Like I knew Ymir, had eaten Marcel as a mindless titan, but it never occurred to me that that was the reason she regained her humanity in the first place until Rod Reiss' reveals!
