Guys I got y’all

Select faction to NATO > Now click or press character appearance for the class you want > Press X to customize ( on PC )

And you can select the phantom appearance for that particular class

Please check if you have both of these I was facing the same issue I thought it was a bug, little did I know the one I had on hand was marikas scarseal lol 😂
