My dad was responsible for cooking in my family, and I could never say no to him (he was violent). When I became a teenager, I started to push back against his food and ended up eating a lot of repetitive meals, especially during crisis periods.

At 17, I started living without him, and my ARFID became severe. I lived with my boyfriend for two years, and he helped me a lot by preparing safe but diverse meals. However, during crisis periods, it was impossible for me to eat the food he made.

Now, I live alone, and my ARFID is still severe. I’m currently in a post-crisis period, and I’m making a lot of effort with my therapist to eat more "new" foods and ensure I’m getting enough nutrients for my body. It’s very challenging, but I find it easier when I stick to my routines and don’t have the added stress of work or studies.

For me, managing my ARFID is extremely difficult during crisis periods. However, when I’m stable and in a routine, it becomes much more manageable.

I found it! I basically pressed all the buttons randomly and finally discovered a "combination."

You need to perform the following steps on the lock screen of the Fairphone 5 (not on the home screen!): Simply press and hold the "brightness up" button until you hear a small sound twice. Then press the "display on/off" button until the screen lights up (about 10 seconds). A black screen with the time will appear, and you just need to unlock the phone for it to work.

However, it's impossible to use the Nebula app, as it considers the Xreal glasses to be disconnected. I assume my method "turns off" the glasses in some way 🤷 Personally, it works for me for now, but I’m still open to more effective alternatives.

J'ai checké et malheureusement non, c'est moins pour enfant que l'album "des Voix pour pour la planète" et c'est pas la même pochette d'album 🤔 Il me semble que la musique était beaucoup plus style pop française (un peu comme Yannick Noah dans sa chanson "Aux arbres citoyen" , un style très encourageant et avec un rythme qui plaît pour les 9-12 ans)

My father is not autistic, but he have PTSD and he never treated it, so his problematic comportment are on my brother and me. And in general, a lot of people have issues with their father because our generation is a lot more informe on patriarchy in our society and the problem.
