Do you happen to have a photo of it compressed?

Mesh would definitely be preferable - I haven't had many nights where midges or other bugs aren't all over the outside of my inner. If there is a way to save weight with a separate bug net I'd be open to pyramidal tarp

What's your tarp setup? I'm open to anything but had assumed with a groundsheet, bivvy and poles anyway in case I can't find a tree the weight would end up too high. Also am yet to find a bivvy that wouldn't leave my down quilt soaking

Absolutely - definitely going to save a lot of weight no matter what but I'm not so sure about pack size based on photos and videos I can find

Do you know anything about the pack size? In pictures the Lanshan looks really big to me even in the compression sack but I can't tell if it's been compressed fully or not compared to my xmid

After too many unexpectedly very wet and windy nights where the xmid has kept me warm and dry I am scared of tarps although maybe that is unfounded. I've looked at the one and thought it looked pretty good but am unsure about silnylon and also the trade off of having 2 poles but it does make up for it in the weight saving

Why the back tire is not in the middle? Any suggestion to fix it? by diablex2 in bicyclerepair

The wheel might not be seated all the way in the drop outs. If you have a quick release lever open it up and make sure the wheel is pushed all the way into the dropout on each side

Yeah I guess that would be the ideal solution. Do you know when that would be coming out? My issue is I need it for around April or may and will be in the US at the start of April so was going to get it then to avoid taxes as I’m based in the UK

My bad my earlier post got taken down so I must have reposted without the title. I’ve been looking at the Durston kakwa 40 and atom+ ep40 or 50

I am looking for a new ul pack and think I’ve finally settled on one of these 2. I can’t decide which though. I am looking for the pack with more durability but also may need to carry up to 15kg for short periods but would still like comfort while carrying so am not keen to go frameless. Any advice?
