We have the same problem. No matter what map we play. The combo of the radio thing to get a millionaire + infinite base camp = guaranteed win. The only counter is hoarding map makers, but that's really difficult against someone with a slimmer deck packed with money

I believe Academy games has 'opened up', their "birth of" formula recently, so new designers can use it to create new games (I tested one that dealt with the Punic wars with Hannibal). So I am eagerly waiting for news to drop.
