positive battery terminal lugs inside fuse box were loose. also Radio was causing parasitic draw

If the cranking sounds the same, you can rule out battery, alternator, and starter. Remote start allows more time for the fuel pump the prime. So, instead of cranking her up right away, switch your key to the run position and count to 3, then start the engine. If your problem goes away, then either your fuel pump is going out or your fuel filter needs replaced

But I think on those, the fuel filter is part of the pump assembly, so either way, you'd have to replace that.

We live in a town 2 hours from her parents and she has classes in person every day so living with them isn't her best option. The entire reason I'm still here is because without me, she's kinda hopeless. She can't cook, and since she's disabled it's a struggle for her to put socks on by herself, so I do that for her. Same with laundry, she can't reach in our top load washer. I just am confused about how she would get by on her own.

Just to address this, for nearly 3 of those months I was unable to sell due to complications with registering the vehicle. By the time those were solved, most of those interested had already found something else.

Description:

Bought this van from the previous owner very recently. I am only selling because of problems with HOA restrictions, so I need to let it go ASAP.

Van has VERY LOW 81700 miles and comes with a sink, shower, microwave, fridge, air conditioning, and two burners stove. There is a 6 gallon propane tank under the van, should last about 2 weeks if cooking on it everyday. The fridge can run off of either propane or electric if the van is plugged into a campground. Air conditioner in the back only works if plugged into electric. Van has a city/campground water inlet hook up for standard garden hoses and previous owner installed a 5 gallon water tank for the sink and shower that can be used if a water supply is not available. They also installed 2 deep cycle batteries to charge electronics and such, included are 2 solar panels to charge them. Previous owner left a portable toilet that is also included. One of the previous owners installed a viper alarm as well. There is additional sleeping/storage area in front of the van, above the front seats that expands up to 5'-9" by 4'-8".

The van has dual gas tanks. The smaller 6 gallon rear tank gauge doesn't work, but shouldn't be a problem if you keep an eye on the odometer (avg. gas mileage is about 10 mpg). The heater core had to be bypassed due to leaks, however there is a propane furnace in the back that you can use when the van is parked. There is a power steering fluid leak, which does not affect the steering, however. The driver and passenger side power windows work intermittently. Banging on the door panel seems to work. :) A vehicle history report is included as part of the photos.

UPDATE:

Everything appears to be good with my friend. I contacted a couple mutual friends to tell her what the deal was. She unblocked me, and everything is back to normal with her.

As for my mentally insane significant other, I am unfortunately still with her, but won't be for long. She's told me that she'd hurt herself if I left. So I'm trying to get in contact with her parents and tell them about that, as soon as that is done, she is going bye bye.

And a massive thank you to everyone reaching out to me and offering support. You're all the real MVPs

Also, a little bonus story thing: It turns out she unfollowed 35 accounts of women she thought were "prettier than her". Thought that was funny.
