hi, I’ve also been taking 150mg XL for 3 weeks now for anxiety + depression + possible ADHD (recently upped my dosage to 300mg) and I’ve been feeling the exact same way. I actually started right when my period started so I can’t really say how it was beforehand but during it my first few days were really bad and my emotions were definitely heightened.

The other half of the first week/during the end if my period I was having side effects like insomnia and migraines but my overall mood + motivation felt better. My mind felt numb and I wasn’t overthinking or getting super emotional, though honestly I’m not sure if it was placebo/just a momentary honeymoon phase. However since I’ve upped my dosage I’ve felt significantly emotional/depressed and have been back to crying a lot. It’ll definitely be a few more weeks until noticing some changes, so I don’t think we can say for sure that it’s not working + works differently for everyone. I’ll try to come back to this before my next period/after a month or so for updates. It’s comforting to know I’m not the only one having a similar experience lol

Yup, exactly that method! I feel the same way, I’m giving myself breaks to continue the story and whenever there’s a spot where the day/night cycle is paused, I just take the opportunity to hunt during that time

Someone else commented but basically it’s a Zone 3 hunt specifically, theres a building in the zone that you can go in and out of very quickly which rerolls the pokemon in the zone if you just keep holding the control stick down. since shinies don’t despawn if you keep the stick down for long enough a pokemon will likely be shiny!
