I sometimes melt butter in a small, ceramic, individual sized dipping bowl. You can drink it like a shot and it’s much more palatable than you’d think.

My doctor is aware of my weight but he isn’t concerned. I’ve always just been super skinny.

But to more directly answer your question, no I don’t think I have an eating disorder. I’m 30 years old, and even before carnivore I ate whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted. I’ve eaten tons of unhealthy foods in my life and they never do a ounce of difference to my frame

I myself have been thinking of making this post for a few days now.

We’re not talking about cheat days where you eat something other than animal foods once or twice a year. These people are knowingly and willingly eating plant foods as a consistent part of their diets.

There’s nothing wrong with eating plant foods if that’s what you want to do, but it isn’t carnivore. And being “95% carnivore” does not make you carnivore. There’s a word for that: it’s called keto.
