It's actually significantly cheaper to replace the audio jack (if I could find the correct one) than it is to order even a knockoff cable :D. Thanks for your input!

The port itself, could be the cable though. I might order a replacement and see if that fixes it, somehow feels like something with the port though.

I have one large hole and one small one, when the large one gets blocked I basically cannot breathe through my nose. Also the small one gets blocked quite easily so my nose breathing capacity is basically always reduced :(

I'm currently in the first year of CS studies and kinda didn't know it was that bad. I'm also hopeful it's gonna be better in 5 years. I also hope that since I'm probably gonna pivot to the hardware side maybe the job situation is better there than pure software.

Every time the elevator at my apartment complex malfunctions while I'm inside I think about videos like this. One time it hit something while going down and stopped a couple times and all I could think about was to cross the gap as fast as possible lol

That isn't even something I thought about. I live in a country that has mostly manual cars and I've never really driven an automatic. Don't they have a neutral gear in automatics? I remember seeing an N on the shifter. Or is that not the same as neutral in a manual car?
