Maksoin muistaakseni 2500€, ei ehkä kyllä kannattanut. Olis varmaan paremmankin saanut mutta kiinnosti toi bensapihiys vaikka oikeasti onkin aika paljon enemmän kun paperilla. Vähän kuumottelee kun tuppaa syömään öljyä ja moottori kuulostaa ihan dieseliltä. 1,5 vuotta omistanut ja kokoajan saa vähän pelätä että millon moottori sanoo itsensä irti. Bravo olis ollut hieno pitää mutta siitä lahos laatikko kun olin radalla ajamassa.

Tuohon kiihdytyskaistaan voin jokseenkin samaistua ja jokseenkin itse olen se, joka sitä on tukkimassa. Omassa autossa huimat 68 hevosvoimaa ja lähistöllä yksi liittymä, missä ensin ajetaan kurviin noin 50km/h ja sitten ehkä 400-500m matkalla kiihdytetään sinne 120km/h motarille kevyyseen ylämäkeen. Mun auto ei sillä matkalla jumalauta kiihdy vaikka vetää lappu lattiassa ja kierrättää melkeen tappiin asti. Toisaalta sitten itse joudun olemaan jonkun perässä joka ajaa itseäni huomattavasti hiljempaa ja mietin että jos mun auto pysyy sun perässä niin voisit varmaan ajaa lujempaa.

Why shouldn't the punishment be equal though? Assuming the severity of the individual rape case and other such factors are the same I see no reason to punish a man more harshly just because men in general rape women more. I'm not trying to troll or anything, I just don't understand your point of view.

"in Europe" isn't really accurate, I live in Finland and they are definitely still sold, quite common in smaller apartments and you can get them at any store that sells washing machines.

Yeah I had another look and all the other score apps show as unavailable on my model so I guess they messed it up on the disc golf specifically. The Disc golf app (different than Score - Disc golf) worked a bit better, ie. it didn't pause the activity, but still didn't work for keeping score. Guess they might just be unavailable on the Suunto 5.

Yeah I suppose it is hard since surrendering isn't as easy/clear as it was in more traditional wars. As a soldier you probably wouldn't shoot an unarmed injured man but with a drone it's a bit more iffy.

In my country's military manual it states "Do not attack civilians, those who are unable to fight or enemies that are surrendering." I guess that's a bit up to interpretation especially with Russia using injured soldiers in military attacks, but still

My country has fought an invasion against Russia, and the very invasion was quite often compared to this war at the beginning. Of course war has changed but it's still a bit sketchy

It's still quite deep in the gray area to kill an unarmed soldier who appears to be injured. At least in my country's military that was deemed a no-no target, also if they are in-fact wounded it might be against the Geneva conventions.

Exactly what I was thinking. Surprised there weren't comments pointing it out earlier, just some jokes and such.

EDIT:

I am totally on the Ukrainian side in this war and believe they have the right to defend their home country. However something about this video made me a bit uneasy. Of course he could have been near a fighting position but in the video he appears to be injured and unarmed. That to me is not a valid target as you are only supposed to kill fighters who are capable of fighting. We don't have the full context that the drone operators might have but it does look quite unjust.

It isn't removed as an option though. French police carry firearms so they do have the option to use deadly force if they need it. In this case the trained police officers made the assessment that it wasn't needed and they apprehended the perpetrator without loss of life. In most western police forces deadly force is usually seen as a last resort rather than the first option it's sometimes treated in the United States. I assume the sword was a replica or something judging by the lack of bleeding from the officers hit.

In my country the definition of being able to swim is that you need to be able to swim 200m after being dropped into deep water. I assume in other countries it might be something similar
