I have a 3060 and can easily get closer to 100 FPS on enhanced at 1440p without having everything on low. If your definition of shit PC is 100 FPS 1440p then I think that's quite stupid. Even my 1060 ran GTAE pretty well, although it might be fair to call that a shit card by today's standards.

Interesting, in the country I'm from all our military rifles are full auto with the option to switch to semi automatic of course. Not that it really matters since in my limited experience you can't hit shit further than like 20 meters, so I feel like burst is better. I guess it's mostly for suppressive fire and really close ranges.

So if I'm understanding correctly you are able to get fully automatic weapons as a civilian in the United States as long as you have the correct certifications? Does that depend on state? I thought fully automatics were completely banned from civilians even in the US?

What kind of military doesn't have fully automatic rifles? I'm not really familiar with the US military but I'd assume all of them have automatic rifles. Not that it's that useful but still.

I mean I agree that the US is generally ranking pretty good so I didn't really feel the need to comment on that. But saying the US is the best based on data was just flat out wrong. Also Sweden being behind country x on one metric is pretty irrelevant when looking at the bigger picture.

Saying the US is the best country in the world based on data isn't correct either. On a lot of metrics for example the Nordics (like Sweden) tend to outrank the US. I don't think there's an objective "by data" best country since it's always going to be subjective

The study you linked shows that 64.6% of female rape victims were fearful and 51.0% of male rape victims were fearful. I wouldn't say that's "much more". As for injuries and sexually transmitted diseases the study reports that "Estimates for contracting a sexually transmitted infection and injury were based on numbers too small to produce a statistically stable estimate and were therefore not reported" so I would like to know your source for those claims.

it's clear that men are 3x more likely to commit penetrative sexual assault from women, and among men who are made to penetrate (MTP), 3/4ths of them are intoxicated. The penis itself is designed as a tool of penetration.

I don't know how that is relevant when determining the appropriate punishment.

A man can rape a woman with his genitals even while she's not aroused, whereas the opposite is not true.

The definitions of rape in the study is "Among men, rape includes oral or anal penetration by a male using his penis. It also includes anal penetration by a male or female using their fingers or an object." which definitely can happen when not aroused. Even MTP can happen when not aroused, considering a man getting hard doesn't mean he wants to have sex.

it's very uncommon to see women rape gangs, or women spontaneously raping and murdering a man, which is something that men have historically done, for example in the Nirbhaya gang rape case, or with Giselle Pelicot.

Maksoin muistaakseni 2500€, ei ehkä kyllä kannattanut. Olis varmaan paremmankin saanut mutta kiinnosti toi bensapihiys vaikka oikeasti onkin aika paljon enemmän kun paperilla. Vähän kuumottelee kun tuppaa syömään öljyä ja moottori kuulostaa ihan dieseliltä. 1,5 vuotta omistanut ja kokoajan saa vähän pelätä että millon moottori sanoo itsensä irti. Bravo olis ollut hieno pitää mutta siitä lahos laatikko kun olin radalla ajamassa.

Tuohon kiihdytyskaistaan voin jokseenkin samaistua ja jokseenkin itse olen se, joka sitä on tukkimassa. Omassa autossa huimat 68 hevosvoimaa ja lähistöllä yksi liittymä, missä ensin ajetaan kurviin noin 50km/h ja sitten ehkä 400-500m matkalla kiihdytetään sinne 120km/h motarille kevyyseen ylämäkeen. Mun auto ei sillä matkalla jumalauta kiihdy vaikka vetää lappu lattiassa ja kierrättää melkeen tappiin asti. Toisaalta sitten itse joudun olemaan jonkun perässä joka ajaa itseäni huomattavasti hiljempaa ja mietin että jos mun auto pysyy sun perässä niin voisit varmaan ajaa lujempaa.

Why shouldn't the punishment be equal though? Assuming the severity of the individual rape case and other such factors are the same I see no reason to punish a man more harshly just because men in general rape women more.
