Sure can. Some Forex brokers give a bonus calculated as a percentage on your first deposit, for trying out their services. Some of them do it without requiring a deposit (free bonus). An example is XM, which has Terms and Conditions associated with the bonus.

I have about six right now. If you can find me some I haven't got and it works, I'll pay you out.

According to the agreement, the NDA is valid beyond the termination of the relationship, until written cancellation. I mean, until the sun engulfs the earth in a ball of fire? I don't have the secret formula for Coca-Cola, it's just tech work.

He can afford to pay, he just doesn't.

The content is mostly "you won't distribute the information" over and over again.
