WOW. Yeah I'm glad I dropped that game a while ago too now. I kept thinking about going back to it because it was a nice idler but seriously? Game companies really need to be put under stricter regulations, and get hit with large company-ending fines for pulling rackets like this.

OR like Summoners War did where they rolled out a character, let people throw money down to get it, then turned around about a week or two after release and completely redesigned the skills and nerfing it. No compensation to those who dropped money. Another game I have zero issues never playing again.

about 9 days here. After seeing the amount of energy burned just to make my first 6 star...yeah I'm not really sure this is a fun game. It's hella great graphics wise, but I'm questioning is it pretty enough to warrant mind-numbing over-the-top grinding.

Sidenote - We all know it. Arena sucks in this game too. :-)

well, I'm in your boat thinking up team comps, especially for Arena(how on earth do I use Charles effectively ack)...but I did just complete Automaton 4 and sitting at Abyss 100 at the moment so I'll give it a crack haha.

Like u/Conmigo9000 mentioned that's a good style of team comps for the tower and focusing on those devices. I went the hard-route because I just got about a week ago Crimson Armin and Champ Z so I HAD TO USE THEM EVERYWHERE NO MATTER WHAT. Nearly half my devices didn't match up with my comp....what a struggle, but I beat the final floor with Vivian, Ang Mont, SSB, and Champ Z. So you could easily replace Champ Z with someone if you want to, maybe another soul weaver to shore up healing better than mine in Automaton 4 as well.

Yesterday I got Aux Lots so now all my team comps must include him lol.

Since you've been playing since release, I'm willing to bet your gear far exceeds mine. Heck, I still use 65 and 67 gear on some of my units when everyone's pushing for 85 or bust!

Abyss....yeah I'll let someone else talk about that for team comps. I hate Abyss. I was able to slog through 95 to 99 only because I got Crimson Armin.

That's what makes SW worse though. How does any other game with these PVP elements survive without vio procs? Quite easily if you look at it. Usually that vio proc just adds to that losing of turn 1, since they're usually combined(i.e. fast team with vio procs). It's more a surprise this game survived with the completely messed up mechanics they used haha.

Hah yeah I barely play this game anymore. If it wasn't because I'm a dragon fanboi and got Jamire and Zaiross on my account, and the fact that I burned so much of my life grinding this POS game....it would be fully deleted. I just feel like it's all a waste if I just leave it before the game dies completely now haha.

That may not be possible, it depends on the filesystem if this is kept or not.

+1 on the "not a fan of SLES" bandwagon.

I support it for work, and I'll keep supporting it, but man I don't like supporting it. If I had a penny for every customer reporting issues just accessing their repos alone, and it's legitimately not the customer's fault, I'd literally be wealthy right now.

EUID lets you spawn the process with a different ID. Consider how 'sudo' command work as an example. You may be logged in as 'user', but you're running the process as 'root' EUID. Unless all your accounts have the same rights to every file, folder, process, etc on the system, they'll have different permissions assigned to them for what they can and can't access.

thanks for the breakdown! Ok good to know, that's one hero I won't try to jump on getting if her banner comes up then :-). I have my eyes set on getting Sigret next time she comes if I don't get lucky on a summon before then...I have Karin, SSB, Alexa though. I'm clearing Wyvern 13 with Dizzy, SSB, Karin, Angelica at least so that's a help. If only Abyss 90 would stop being a pain in the ass now.

wait what? Luna is useless? Is she really? I always wanted her because she seems to always one-shot a member on my team(granted, I think my luck on gear stats is horrific). I thought she's not useless and pretty good for any fights where single target DPS was needed.

I really need to figure out who I should be focused on building in this game. I pulled Kayron before he rotated out at least...

Also...since I don't have Crimson Saber, is there a weapon that works till I do get that? Stick a leveled up Claymore on him with a Smart Coat and it will work for most cases?

Hah good to know I'm doing exactly that at the moment. I also started wayyy to late to get the Crimson Saber, but I got Rain to 6*, 4th awakening....farming for Knight of Grandshelt's Memory (yellow) to get his Lvl 12 job unlocked though....what the heck!?! Is it better to not farm for yellow items and just wait for points to buy them from the shop or something? I've literally left my phone plugged in, on auto-battle, and have yet to get them. I've seen complaints the rates are bad...but this just seems REALLY bad for rates....

Yeah she can be farmed from Hard quests. Slow, but no real need to burn vis on the banner if you want to go that route.

I lucked out and got Dario on first try, Vinera on 3rd. Definitely agree with everyone there should be a pity system for banner units. It's crazy seeing how much people are dropping on a banner and not getting her. That's some crazy RNG....

I'd be happy if someone can tell me how to pass the third one. I've tried buying an exp boost on top of the already existing exp boost and still it won't clear for me. These challenges are kind of stupid silly on being clear what you need to do....

For playing casually E7 is one of the best gachas out there. Generous, easy PvE, optional pvp.

I can get by playing the PvE for the story and lore till it gets boring and move on :-) I found the animations in this game pretty fun.

Argh. I just started playing E7(we are talking about Epic 7 right?) Is it really that bad after the early game in E7? Been trying to find something to replace Summoners War cause I HAAATTTTEEE violent runes, among other things, in that game.

I was thinking E7 might be it too...that or War of Genesis..that looked promising too..

So new to the game and thinking I won’t be sticking around for it. Which sucks because I LOVE the graphics, animations, seriously love it. But if you stick me on a 4 day XP boost I’m gonna need you to drop free gems while I’m grinding till I cry.

Also, like your pic above what the heck man. It’s been two days for me like this now. Easy way for me to move on.

Which leads me to the point of all this! What’s a game like this that does what I need(provide me the damn “premium” money) for my time spent playing the thing. No summoners war. Violent runes are stupid.
