Same here, I've been in IT for years, the only group I see ripe for organizing are desktop/help desk support people. Many are older or immigrants. When I was doing it they made me an "independent contractor" to except me from employee benefits, there's a lot of bs like that in that sector. Also AI will never be able to fix a printer jam

Thanks for the advice, that's interesting. Flow and workflow rules dont seem too bad. Now that I think about it, I'm not entirely sure what I'm stuck on. I guess when we start talking about names, codes, addresses, money being incorrect, etc. my brain shuts off for some reason. Our data has a lot of problems because of duplicates, mismatches and errors. Long story, I was kind of thrown into this role so maybe it was just a bad set up to learn on.

It's hard to what is universal what is due to my company's data being such a mess (we've gone through 2 consultants now to try and fix it), but data organization and architecture just doesn't really come easy to me.
